Earn premium bilingual pay! We are hiring Vietnamese Bilingual Support for a premium account. Complete training provided - no BPO experience needed.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Support Vietnamese customers via phone, chat, and email
- Communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English
- Assist with billing, service requests, and account inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams and meet quality and CSAT targets
*Qualifications:*
- Native / fluent in Vietnamese - spoken and written (required)
- Good conversational English skills
- No BPO experience required - fresh graduates are welcome
- Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus but not required
- Eligible to work in the Philippines - foreign nationals with valid TRV / work visa / ACR are accepted
- Willing to work hybrid / onsite - shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
