*Responsibilities:*
- Provide support to Vietnamese customers via phone, chat, and email
- Communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English
- Assist with billing inquiries, service requests, and account concerns
- Deliver excellent customer experience and issue resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets
*Qualifications:*
- Native / Fluent in Vietnamese - Spoken and Written (Required)
- Good English communication skills
- No BPO experience needed - Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus
- Open to Filipino and Foreign nationals with valid TRV / Work Visa / ACR
- Willing to work hybrid / onsite on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
