Earn Premium Bilingual Pay! We are hiring Vietnamese Bilingual Support for a premium account. Complete training provided - No BPO experience needed!
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Support Vietnamese customers via Phone, Chat, and Email
- Communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English
- Assist with billing, service requests, and account inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams and meet quality / CSAT targets
*Qualifications:*
- Native / Fluent in Vietnamese - Spoken and Written (REQUIRED)
- Good conversational English skills
- No BPO Experience Required - Fresh Graduates are Welcome!
- Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus but not required
- Eligible to work in PH - Foreign Nationals with valid TRV / Work Visa / ACR are Accepted
- Willing to work Hybrid / Onsite - Shifting Schedule
- Can start ASAP
