*JOB OVERVIEW:*
Get premium bilingual pay! We are hiring Vietnamese Bilingual Support for a premium account. No BPO experience needed - full paid training provided.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Support Vietnamese customers via phone, chat, and email
- Communicate fluently in Vietnamese & English
- Assist with billing, service requests, and account inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Meet quality and CSAT targets
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Native / Fluent in Vietnamese - spoken & written (required)
- Good conversational English
- No BPO experience needed - fresh grads welcome
- Collections / O2C knowledge is a plus
- Eligible to work in PH - Foreign nationals with valid TRV / work visa / ACR accepted
- Willing to work hybrid / onsite - shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
