Vietnamese Customer Service Representative (Multilingual) | Onsite | Quezon City | PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Rotating/Shifting Schedule (Including Night Shift)

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for fluent Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic customer support team. Whether you have prior BPO experience or are looking to begin your career in customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in Vietnamese and English through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with:
- Account inquiries
- Billing concerns
- Product and service information
- Service requests
- General customer support
Resolve customer concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese.
Ability to communicate naturally and professionally with native Vietnamese speakers.
Good working knowledge of English (training, documentation, and internal systems are in English).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
Must possess a valid Philippine Work Visa or a Temporary Resident Visa (for non-Filipino applicants).

Preferred Qualifications

The following are advantageous but not required:

Customer Service or BPO experience
Collections experience
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Experience supporting international customers
Experience using CRM or customer support systems
