We are seeking an experienced KYC Quality Check Supervisor / Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst to lead a team of KYC Analysts and ensure high-quality delivery across regulatory compliance operations. The role focuses on team leadership, quality assurance, SLA management, performance coaching, and operational excellence in a fast-paced financial services environment. Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence targets are consistently achieved.
Allocate workloads, manage queues, and optimize team capacity to meet operational demands.
Review and approve complex or high-risk KYC cases requiring Team Lead sign-off.
Conduct daily team huddles, weekly coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Drive analyst development, monitor performance, and provide coaching based on quality feedback.
Partner with Quality Assurance to address defect trends through coaching, retraining, and process improvements.
Monitor attendance, adherence, and capacity while mitigating operational risks.
Escalate issues such as volume spikes, system outages, SOP gaps, and resource constraints to leadership.
Support weekly business reviews by preparing performance insights and root cause analyses.
Coordinate onboarding and training initiatives for new hires in collaboration with the Training team.
Work Schedule
Shift: Night Shift (Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Full Onsite – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3, Taguig
Start Date: ASAP
Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of KYC experience, at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
