Are you an experienced Procurement Leader or Strategy Consultant with expertise in Source-to-Pay transformations? A premier global consulting firm is seeking a dynamic Sourcing and Procurement Manager to lead strategic transformation and drive client innovation.

Title: Sourcing and Procurement Manager
Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid (Taguig City, Philippines)
⏰ Work Shift: Shifting Schedule
Industry Focus: Management Consulting / Supply Chain & Procurement

Role Summary:
• Establish yourself as a trusted C-suite advisor, driving transformation and innovation agendas for global clients.
• Lead and deliver large-scale sourcing and procurement projects (e.g., strategic cost reduction, procurement optimization, M&A, intelligent procurement).
• Drive business process design for Source-to-Pay (S2P) deployments leveraging tools such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, or Jaggaer.
• Lead business case and roadmap development, data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities for S2P programs.
• Manage program budgets, cross-functional teams, and originate innovative deal structures to grow the practice.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years (Manager) or 13+ years (Senior Manager) of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or leading Sourcing & Procurement functions (Consumer Goods, Pharma, High-Tech, E-Commerce, Automotive, Oil & Gas).
• Proven track record leading mid-to-large teams on end-to-end procurement transformation and strategic cost reduction projects.
• In-depth domain knowledge across Supply Chain Management (Sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, and Logistics).
• Hands-on experience as a functional process consultant on Source-to-Pay platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, IVALUA, etc.).
• Strong program management, data analytics, empathetic leadership, and C-suite stakeholder management skills.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines with full legal right to live and work in the country.
