We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing automation, campaign operations, data integrity, and lead lifecycle workflows for our Philippines Growth Marketing initiatives!

Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite / 2x Work From Home)
Start Date: ASAP

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-----------------------------------------------
• Automation & Campaigns: Build, optimize, and execute automated multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social, ABM) and manage lead nurturing journeys using Marketo or similar MAP tools.
• MarTech & Data Governance: Manage marketing tech stack components (Salesforce CRM, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), ensuring data quality, lead routing, deduplication, and enrichment.
• Performance & Insights: Build performance dashboards to track sales funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and actionable growth insights.
• ABM & Personalization: Operationalize account-based marketing programs using Demandbase/6sense and partner with Sales for seamless lead handoffs.
• Process Optimization: Automate marketing workflows, remove operational bottlenecks, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

REQUIREMENTS:
-----------------------------------------------
4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Growth Marketing (B2B digital-first background preferred).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketo (or similar MAP), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Solid expertise in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, campaign execution, and data governance.
Proven track record of building analytics dashboards and measuring funnel performance/ROI.
Bonus: Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and BI tools.
