Position: WFS / Techno-Functional Consultant L2

Location: Manila (Preferred)

Work Setup: 100% Work From Home

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱200,000 Basic Salary

Experience Required: At least 6 Years

Headcount: 1

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
• 
  
• Must possess a valid PT103 Certification.
• 
  
• At least 1 year of experience in interfaces and integrations.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of WFS Time & Attendance, work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, and time results validation.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience navigating WFS configurations and Policy Editor.
• 
  
• Knowledge of WFS TOR.
• 
  
• Experience integrating WFS with SAP EC, ECP, ECC, and other work arrangement modules.
• 
  
• Ability to execute reports and support business testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• 
  
• Experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is an advantage.
•
