Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced WFS / Techno-Functional Consultant L2 with strong hands-on expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance configuration, time management, and enterprise system integrations.

The ideal candidate must have experience configuring time and attendance policies, work schedules, quota banks, pay codes, and time results. The candidate will also support integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other workforce management systems.

PT103 certification is mandatory. Candidates with prior SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

WFS Time & Attendance Configuration

Configure and maintain Workforce Software Time & Attendance modules based on business requirements.
Manage work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, and time results validation.
Navigate WFS configuration tools and the Policy Editor to validate business rules and system outcomes.
Analyze configuration results and ensure alignment with approved business policies.
Troubleshoot time and attendance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support Workforce Software Time-Off Requests (TOR) and related time management processes.

Integration & Technical Support

Support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.
Validate integration data, identify errors, and coordinate resolution with technical and functional teams.
Support data mapping, interface testing, and integration troubleshooting.
Ensure accurate exchange of employee, time, attendance, and payroll-related information between systems.
Collaborate with SAP and workforce management teams to maintain integration reliability.

Testing & Implementation Support

Execute WFS reports and validate time and attendance data.
Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Assist business stakeholders with testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Prepare and maintain configuration documentation, test evidence, and issue logs.
Coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and stabilization.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Gather and clarify business requirements related to time and attendance.
Work with HR, Payroll, SAP, and Workforce Management teams to resolve issues.
Provide functional guidance on WFS configurations and system capabilities.
Maintain clear documentation and communicate issues, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands-on experience in Workforce Software.
Proven experience implementing, configuring, or supporting WFS Time & Attendance.
Mandatory PT103 certification.
Practical knowledge of work schedules, quota banks, pay codes, time results, and Policy Editor configuration.
Experience supporting WFS integrations with SAP EC, ECP, ECC, or other enterprise systems.
Experience in testing, reporting, cutover, and go-live support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Experience

SAP Time Management.
SAP Payroll.
SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
Enterprise workforce management and HR technology implementations.

Work Arrangement

Work Mode: Full Work From Home.
Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, as specified by the client.
Candidates must be willing and able to work the required schedule.
The final salary offer will depend on candidate evaluation and internal approval.
