WE’RE HIRING: WFS/Techno-Functional Consultant L2

Work Setup: 100% Work From Home
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Salary: PHP 100,000 – 200,000/month (subject to approval and candidate evaluation)
Experience: 6+ years
Open Position: 1

Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance.
PT103 certification is mandatory.
Expertise in work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, time results validation, WFS configurations, Policy Editor, and TOR.
Experience integrating WFS with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, ECC, and other enterprise/work arrangement systems.
Ability to support reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
SAP Time Management and Payroll experience is an advantage.

Priority will be given to candidates with strong relevant project experience. Please highlight WFS implementation, integration, and support projects clearly in your CV.
