Wipro Eton Centris is urgently hiring for Project Home - UK Financial / Mortgage Collections Account. If you have mortgage or US/UK banking experience, get up to 20% salary hike from your last basic pay + PHP 2,400 monthly allowance + PHP 40K joining bonus.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for experienced professionals to handle UK financial, mortgage, and collections inquiries via voice for our UK Financial Collections Account.

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle UK financial / mortgage / collections inquiries via voice

- Assist customers with banking, mortgage, and financial service concerns

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution while maintaining professionalism

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and data privacy

- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT and quality standards

- Document interactions accurately and meet performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) / SHS / 2nd year college to college graduate

- With at least 1 year hands-on experience in mortgage OR US banking / financial services required

- Must have 1 to 2 years of US or UK banking and voice account experience

- Strong English communication skills and solid knowledge of the mortgage process

- Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

- Can start ASAP
