Overview
Responsible for creating and managing employee schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts
- Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments, and updates
- Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
- Coordinate closely with operations teams

Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in WFM scheduling
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
