Workforce Software (WFS) Techno-Functional Consultant L2 | Time & Attendance | SAP Integration | PT103

1. WFS Time & Attendance Configuration: Configure and support work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations, time results validation, and other WFS Time & Attendance functionalities.

2. Policy and Business Rule Management: Navigate WFS configurations and the Policy Editor, validate configuration outputs, and ensure results align with business requirements.

3. System Integration: Support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC, and other relevant workforce or work arrangement modules.

4. Testing and Implementation: Execute required reports and assist business teams with testing, cutover activities, and go-live support for WFS Time & Attendance.

5. Technical and Functional Support: Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, investigate discrepancies, validate system results, and support business users.

Qualifications :

• At least 6 years of relevant hands-on experience, with strong expertise in Workforce Software Time & Attendance.

• Must hold the required PT103 certification.

• Proven experience configuring WFS time and attendance rules, schedules, quota banks, and pay codes.

• Experience validating time results and confirming configuration outcomes against business requirements.

• Knowledge of WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, SAP ECC, or other enterprise systems.

• Ability to execute reports and support testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
