Happy to announce that we, Firstsource Solutions Ltd. have a NEW site in Manila. Address: 22nd Floor, Century Diamond Tower, Century City, Kalayaan Ave. cor, Salamanca St., Brgy, Makati, 1210 What do you need to know? Current site, Alabang, continues to operate, however, all newly hired resources will be hired for Makati as permanent job location Recruitment, Induction, Onboarding & Training will happen in Alabang center (until new site finishes set-up). Only endorse profiles that will be open to work in Makati as that will be our new delivery center for all new joiners What do your endorsements need to know? Their permanent work location will be Makati (check for candidates feasibility to work at Makati site). 100% Work from Office set-up will be applicable to this site as well (so please endorse candidates who are residing closer to work location) They will be trained in Alabang until end of June or 1st week of July, post that they will be required to move to Makati Until they are trained in Alabang, all new joiners will receive a *Special Temporary Transportation Allowance* (taxable) as mentioned below (will be taken off once moved to Makati) Special Transportation will be applicable from Day 1 of Training and will be paid along with salary credit on Monthly basis. When will this take effect? Effective all batches immediately.
