WORK SHIFT: Night Shift

SALARY: Up to ₱64,000 package

START DATE: ASAP

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to manage AP operations for a Retail vertical under the Market Project. You will lead a team, oversee Vendor Master Data Management, ensure SLA compliance, and drive process stabilization and transformation initiatives in a BPO/Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations

Oversee Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) processes

Manage offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams

Ensure SLA compliance, quality, and productivity targets are met

Work closely with customers and client stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements

Manage operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives

Drive continuous improvement in AP processes and controls

Mentor and develop team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline – required

6 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations – required

Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management experience – required

Strong experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) – required

Prior experience in a BPO / Shared Services / Global Business Services environment – required

Experience managing offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams – required

Demonstrated experience working closely with customers and client stakeholders – required

Experience managing operational transitions, service stabilization, or process transformation initiatives – preferred

Not a job hopper – stable employment history
