About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Logistics team supporting an Australian account in Cebu City. The ideal candidate has strong Accounts Receivable knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP Business One, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including billing and cash application.

• Perform account reconciliations and post journal vouchers in the client system.

• Resolve daily queries and escalate issues within agreed timelines.

• Support month-end closing activities and ensure SLA compliance.

• Prepare dashboard reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Handle client calls, escalations, and payment-related queries.

• Maintain accuracy in complex invoices, quality checks, and payment processing.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate.

• At least 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.

• Direct hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle complex invoices, reconciliations, and minor exceptions.

• Exposure to Accounts Receivable process improvement projects is preferred.

• Candidates from any industry are welcome.

• Willing to work 100% onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.

• Must be amenable to working an Australian time zone day shift.
