Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to support the accounts receivable operations for an Australian logistics account. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant AR experience, direct hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP Business One, and advanced Excel skills. The role involves billing, cash application, account reconciliations, month-end closing, reporting, and client query resolution while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities for the Australian logistics account.

• Process customer billing and invoices accurately and within established timelines.

• Perform cash application and ensure payments are allocated correctly.

• Conduct account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items.

• Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) in the client system as required.

• Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial records.

• Resolve routine client and internal queries promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Handle client calls and manage escalations professionally.

• Prepare dashboard reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Meet service-level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and quality standards.

• Participate in quality initiatives and process improvement projects within accounts receivable.

• Maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate strong attention to detail when handling complex invoices, quality checks, minor exceptions, and payment-related issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate.

• At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.

• Direct hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and consistently deliver results.

• Exposure to accounts receivable process improvement initiatives.

Work Arrangement

• 100% onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.
