Accounts Receivable Specialist – Voice
Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialists to support an Australian logistics account. The ideal candidates will have relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, or a similar field, along with hands-on experience using ERP or SAP applications and strong verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and respond to account-related inquiries.
Track customer orders and provide timely status updates.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Monitor shop orders and coordinate relevant follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service to support smooth logistics operations.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and operational issues.
Qualifications
College graduate of any course; Accounting, Finance, or Business Management graduates are preferred.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, Forwarding, Customer Service, or a similar field.
Candidates with BPO experience must have experience in a voice account.
Candidates from non-BPO backgrounds may have voice or non-voice experience.
Hands-on experience using ERP or SAP applications is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal communication skills, with spoken English close to Standard American English proficiency.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work 100% onsite at IT Park, Cebu City, on an Australian-aligned schedule.
Must be available to start on or before November 6, 2026.
