Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) | CL8

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer – Technology Architect (Microsoft Intune) to design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft 365, and cloud-native device management.

You will be responsible for designing scalable endpoint management architectures, supporting critical business systems, and driving the organization's transition from traditional on-premises management to modern cloud-based endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise environments.
Architect endpoint management solutions to improve scalability, security, and performance.
Design tenant structures, group hierarchies, and management policies.
Implement Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Provisioning.
Develop application packaging, deployment, testing, and update procedures.
Design SCCM/MECM architecture, including site planning, distribution strategy, migration planning, and task sequences.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance and implement continuous improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and endpoint management issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune administration and architecture.
Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
Experience integrating Microsoft Intune with Microsoft 365 services.
Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Zero-Touch Provisioning.
Strong understanding of application support methodologies.
Experience with cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
