Job Description

As a Business Architect – SAP EWM, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing current business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining effective business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models while supporting transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role involves evaluating existing warehouse management and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, and designing practical and scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP EWM and collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives.
Take responsibility for team-level decisions and provide solutions to complex business problems.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology-enabled solutions.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Mentor team members to support professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans based on evolving business requirements.
Support business transformation initiatives and the implementation of strategic projects.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

Expert proficiency in SAP EWM.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP EWM.
Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
Experience in business solution design and implementation.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Applicants must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
