Contract Specialist

Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid – Mandaluyong
Work Shift: Shifting
Salary: Confidential

Role Summary:

Support contract management teams across projects, accounts, and geographies.
Collaborate with account leadership, client commercial teams, and business stakeholders to understand client needs, priorities, and objectives.
Support identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues.
Work with contract management and project leadership teams to achieve effective commercial outcomes.
Support pre-award sales activities, including contract drafting and discussions on deal shaping and contractual outcomes.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts and stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Membership in World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA is a plus.
Professional contract management certification is an added advantage.

Skills & Work Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Contract Manager.
Experience conducting and supervising compliance, employment, and governmental investigations.
Strong experience in drafting confidential investigation reports and advising senior leadership on risks.
In-depth knowledge of ethical, conduct, and compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and applicable laws.
Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all organizational levels.
Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, principles, subcontracting practices, and contractual terms and conditions.
Strong contract management, risk identification, investigation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
