JOB TITLE: Contracting Counsel Associate Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Contracting Counsel Associate Manager to review, draft, negotiate, and manage various types of technology and commercial agreements in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The role will involve advising business stakeholders and executives on legal and commercial risks, supporting complex transactions, negotiating technology-based agreements, and developing expertise across contracting and risk management.

• Outsourcing Agreements
• Statements of Work (SOW)
• Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Licensing Agreements
• SaaS Agreements
• Data Transfer Agreements
• Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Cloud-related agreements
• Blockchain and security agreements
• Systems Integration agreements
• Agile Development agreements
IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a practicing lawyer in the Philippines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing areas with increasing responsibility.
• Experience must be in a law firm or fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group in a relevant industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy matters is preferred.
• Strong experience negotiating and drafting technology-based agreements.
• Strong understanding of contracting and legal risks, including Intelle
