Data Platform Engineer – Salesforce CRM Analytics

Work Setup: Onsite – Manila

Job Summary

As a Data Platform Engineer – Salesforce CRM Analytics, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of data platform components. You will work closely with Integration Architects, Data Architects, and multiple technical teams to ensure seamless integration between systems, consistent data models, and efficient data flow.

The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, data integration, data modeling, and platform architecture, along with the ability to provide technical solutions and support team-level decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce CRM Analytics and data platform solutions.
Contribute to the design and development of data platform components and blueprints.
Collaborate with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure effective system and data integration.
Support data modeling, data quality, and efficient data flow across platforms.
Analyze complex data flows and identify opportunities for platform optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve data platform and integration-related issues.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Provide solutions to technical problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among team members.
Support the implementation of technical standards and best practices.
Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical challenges during execution.
Help ensure data platform solutions meet evolving business and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and platform architecture.
Experience with data modeling and data quality management.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and operational frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues.
Experience working collaboratively with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Strong experience in data integration, data modeling, and platform architecture.
Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
Candidates must currently be based in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
