## Job Overview

Sagility is hiring **Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs)** for the Clinical Analyst – Voice Account position. This opportunity is ideal for licensed nurses with at least one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience who are interested in transitioning to a work-from-home healthcare account.

Successful candidates will use their clinical knowledge and communication skills to support healthcare-related operations and deliver quality service to clients.

## Qualifications

- Must be a **Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN)** with an active nursing license valid for at least six months from the date of application.

- Must have at least **one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse**.

- Experience must be actual work experience and must not be obtained solely through training or internship.

- Must possess a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.

- Must not be a current or former employee of the client.

- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.

- Must be amenable to onsite recruitment processing and assessment in Quezon City.

- Must be able to start on or before November 16, 2026.

## Salary and Benefits

- ₱30,000 basic salary

- ₱1,000 flex fund allowance

- 20% night differential

- HMO coverage starting Day 1

- Performance incentives\*

- 14th-month pay

- ₱300 monthly rice allowance upon regularization

- Employee referral bonus
