The Role

Are you an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) expert with a passion for designing and implementing strategies that transform an organization's data management capabilities? Do you thrive on shaping business transformation projects and collaborating with clients to deliver impactful solutions?

We are looking for a high-caliber SAP MDG Consultant to join our SAP Data Management practice. You will focus on designing and implementing strategies to help transform an organization's buying and sourcing strategies, whether on a small or large scale. You will spend the majority of your time learning about and recommending various strategies, processes, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

· Shape and Deliver Business Transformation Projects: Run diagnostic and assessment activities, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.
· Execute Client Engagements: Design and implement operating models, develop new strategies, high-level to-be processes, and organizational designs.
· Implementation Planning: Develop plans to ensure successful implementation of recommended strategies.
· Change Management: Put process and organizational changes into action, including change management.
· Client Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with clients' internal resources to ensure solutions meet business needs.
· Problem-Solving: Lead the team through problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development.
· Project Management: Meet project deadlines by adhering to the project plan.
· Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients and manage stakeholder communications.
· Practice Building: Participate in thought leadership development, market offering development, and support development of IP and white papers.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Experience Required:

SAP Master Data Governance Tools:

· SAP ABAP skills
· Developed or built RICEFWs or completed configurations for SAP MDG requirements such as:
· SAP Workflows
· Business Rules Framework (BRF)
· Floor Plan Manager (FPM)
· Familiar with SAP MDG data models, Customer Vendor Integration (CVI), MDG architecture, flex vs re-use modes, and deployment approach.

SAP Business Objects (BODS):

· Able to build simple to complex extraction jobs from different source systems.
· Mapping/transformation and loading jobs using SAP BODS.
· PS SQL knowledge.
· Familiar with lookup functions, join conditions, query mapping, case functions, merge, map operation, and validations.

SAP Master Data Migration (ECC):

· Able to build SAP load tools like LSMW or ABAP programs.
· Knows the SAP tables behind every data object.
· Performed mock conversions until production loads.

SAP Master Data Migration S4:

· Able to build SAP load tools like LTMC (Migration Cockpit) or ABAP programs.
· Knows the SAP tables behind every data object.
· Performed mock conversions until production loads for an S4 HANA Migration project.

SAP Master Data Migration Syniti (ADM):

· Able to configure, build transformation rules and reports using the Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) Tool.
· Knows the SAP tables behind every data object.
· Performed mock conversions until production loads using Syniti.

Professional Qualifications:

· Demonstrated academic achievement in tertiary qualifications including Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Science.
· Previous consulting experience or exposure to internal project work.

Consulting Skills & Personality:

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening) with excellent executive presence.
· Ability to understand critical success factors for clients and their industry.
· Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographical, and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
· Understanding of technology and its application to business.
· Enthusiastic and able to drive own activities with minimum supervision.
· Willingness to travel.
· Open to applicants currently in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country.
