JOB TITLE: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst (Core CRM) – Application Engineer

LOCATION: Makati City, Philippines

WORK SETUP: TBD / Onsite or Hybrid

SHIFT: Night Shift – 10:00 PM

EXPERIENCE: 2–3 Years

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support and enhance the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.

The position will focus on Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, business process improvement, workflow automation, functional testing, user acceptance testing, end-user support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.

• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM components including tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.

• Design and optimize CRM and customer service business processes.

• Support workflow automation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.

• Conduct functional testing, coordinate UAT, and validate delivered CRM solutions.

• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with development and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve user adoption, operational efficiency, and CRM processes.

• Support CRM-related integrations, data migration, and technical activities when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, or related CRM modules.

• Strong understanding of CRM business processes and requirements analysis.

• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Automate.

• Understanding of Agile delivery practices.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and Omnichannel.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Exposure to APIs, integrations, and data migration.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification is an advantage.

IMPORTANT:

Candidates with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience should be prioritized. Relevant Dynamics 365 projects and hands-on configuration experience must be clearly highlighted in the CV.
