Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). The role involves configuring and supporting packaged and SaaS applications, managing application releases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability and performance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions using APIs, web services, standard integration tools, and low-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Manage application configurations, releases, and updates while maintaining system stability.
Utilize APIs, web services, and standard integration tools for application connectivity.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application configurations and processes.
Provide solutions to application-related problems and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute technical expertise as an SME.
Provide application support and training to end users when required.
Stay updated on industry trends, integration technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
Good knowledge of APIs and web services.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
Strong application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location & Eligibility

This position is based in Manila, Philippines.
Candidates must currently be located in the Philippines.
Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
The role requires an onsite setup with a shifting schedule.
