PHRN CLINICAL ANALYST – NON-VOICE | QUEZON CITY

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Onsite

Job Summary

We are hiring PHRNs for a Non-Voice Clinical Analyst role supporting healthcare operations in Quezon City. The position is ideal for Philippine Registered Nurses with hands-on bedside, hospital or clinical experience who are looking to transition into a non-voice healthcare/BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze clinical and healthcare-related information accurately.
• Apply clinical knowledge and nursing guidelines while handling assigned cases and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with established healthcare processes.
• Review medical records and relevant clinical information as required by the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow client-specific procedures and quality standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy and turnaround-time targets.
• Escalate complex or clinically sensitive cases according to established guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information.
• Participate in training, assessments and process updates.
• Work effectively in a shifting onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC license valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
• Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
• Clinical experience must be actual work experience and not obtained through internship or training.
• Valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer is required.
• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good clinical judgment, attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
• Available to start on or before November 9, 2026 is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• PHP 30,000 basic salary + PHP 1,000 flex fund allowance
• PHP 31,000 total package
• 20% night differential
