## Job Overview

Sagility is hiring **Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs)** for the position of Clinical Analyst (Non-Voice) in Quezon City. This role is suitable for licensed nurses with at least one year of actual bedside, hospital, or clinical experience who are interested in a non-voice healthcare account.

Successful candidates must have an active Philippine nursing license, relevant clinical experience, and a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from their recent employer.

## Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze clinical and healthcare-related documentation.

- Apply nursing knowledge to assess medical records and clinical information.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical data based on established guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy policies.

- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and productivity requirements.

- Perform other clinical analysis tasks as assigned.

## Qualifications

- Must be a **Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN)** with an active PRC license valid for at least six months upon application.

- At least **one year of actual bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse**.

- Experience must not be obtained solely through training or internship.

- Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.

- Must not be a current or former employee of the client.

- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

- Amenable to a shifting work schedule.

- Must be willing to comply with the recruitment and assessment process.

## Salary and Benefits

- ₱30,000 basic monthly salary

- ₱1,000 monthly flex fund allowance

- 20% night differential

- HMO coverage starting Day 1

- Performance incentives, subject to applicable program terms

- 14th-month pay

- ₱300 monthly rice allowance upon regularization

- Employee referral bonus
