SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager (Identity Security)

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager to lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives and support enterprise-scale identity security implementations. The role involves designing, configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing SailPoint solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and enhance SailPoint IGA solutions.
Lead and mentor IAM team members and drive technical excellence.
Manage identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, and role management.
Work with stakeholders, architects, and security teams on identity security initiatives.
Support SailPoint implementations, integrations, enhancements, and transformation projects.
Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.
Support identity and access-related security incidents.
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Experience with Access Certification and Access Reviews.
Strong knowledge of Provisioning and Deprovisioning.
Experience in Role and Entitlement Management.
Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management.
Experience with enterprise-scale SailPoint implementations and integrations.
Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions.
Knowledge of identity governance, compliance requirements, security controls, and best practices.
Understanding of risk assessment, risk management, security frameworks, and regulatory standards.
Knowledge of security incident response processes.
Strong stakeholder management and team mentoring skills.

Eligibility

Applicants must currently be in the Philippines.
Must have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Must be amenable to a hybrid work arrangement in Cubao and shifting schedules.
