SAP CPI & APIM Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI & APIM Developer with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP API Management (APIM), and enterprise integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions while following SAP Clean Core principles and cloud integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integration flows in SAP CPI following SAP Clean Core guidelines.
Build scalable and resilient integrations with robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and monitoring capabilities.
Develop and manage API proxies, API products, and advanced policies in SAP API Management.
Implement Groovy and JavaScript scripting for data transformations, validations, and performance optimization.
Integrate event-driven scenarios using SAP Event Mesh.
Apply API-first design principles and implement security standards, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, and certificates.
Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-compliant integration solutions.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize integration flows and APIs to ensure high availability and performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent college qualification.
5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP CPI and SAP API Management.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI integration development.
Proven expertise in SAP API Management policies, including throttling, quota management, security, and traffic management.
Solid experience with Groovy scripting for advanced integration logic.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and SAP Event Mesh integration patterns.
Familiarity with SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility best practices.
Proficiency in REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
Strong understanding of security standards, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL, API Keys, and certificates.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements

Candidates with a stable employment history are preferred.
Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup in Makati City and follow a night shift schedule.
Candidates who can join immediately or at the earliest are preferred.
