Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance professional to support business transformation and SAP data management projects. The role will focus on SAP Master Data Migration, SAP MDG, SAP BODS, S/4HANA Migration, and data governance solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements, develop data management strategies, implement solutions, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver SAP Master Data Management and business transformation projects.
Conduct diagnostic, assessment, and data analysis activities.
Design and implement master data processes and operating models.
Develop strategies, processes, and organizational solutions.
Support implementation and change management activities.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
Lead problem-solving, issue identification, and work-plan development.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support proposals, practice development, case studies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop data management solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Master Data Management, Master Data Governance, or SAP Data Migration.
Strong experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
Experience with SAP MDG, including data models, workflows, BRF, FPM, CVI, and MDG architecture.
Knowledge of SAP ABAP and RICEFW development/configuration.
Experience with SAP BODS for data extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading.
Good SQL knowledge.
Experience with lookup, joins, query mapping, case functions, merge, mapping, and data validation.
Experience with SAP migration tools such as LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, or ABAP programs.
Knowledge of SAP tables related to master data objects.
Experience performing mock conversions through production data loads.
Experience with S/4HANA Master Data Migration.
Knowledge of Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM), including transformation rules and reporting, is an advantage.
Previous consulting or internal project experience is preferred.

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage individual and team activities effectively.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel when required.

Location: Cebu City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Shifting schedule depending on client/project requirements
