Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to join our team of SAP experts. The role will be responsible for developing detailed blueprints, providing business and functional support, and supporting SAP ECC migration/conversion to SAP S/4HANA.

The consultant will work across SAP Finance areas such as General Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, Financial Supply Chain Management, Treasury & Banking, and Business Planning & Consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and functional support for SAP Finance modules, particularly SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions.

• Assess business process and configuration gaps between existing SAP systems and S/4HANA.

• Develop alternatives and recommendations for delta design.

• Prepare functional and technical specifications for S/4HANA conversion requirements.

• Configure SAP systems to support S/4HANA conversion.

• Lead testing activities and defect resolution.

• Support workshops and training sessions.

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.

• Support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Analyze dependencies and integration with other SAP modules such as FI and CO.

• Travel for possible onshore requirements when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP ERP as a Finance Functional Consultant.

• Understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.

• Knowledge of SAP Finance and integration with other SAP modules.

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Technology consulting experience with the ability to conduct workshops and training.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.

• ECC practitioners willing to undergo upskilling for S/4HANA implementations are welcome.

Work Eligibility

• Open to applicants currently residing in the Philippines who already have the legal right to live and work in the country.

• Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Manila.

• Must be amenable to shifting/night shift schedules.

• Must be willing to travel for possible onshore requirements.
