## Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced **SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant** to join our technology consulting team. The successful candidate will provide business and functional expertise in SAP Finance, supporting SAP ECC migration, system conversion, and the transition from legacy SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA.

The role involves assessing existing business processes, identifying configuration gaps, developing functional solutions, performing system configuration, and leading testing and defect resolution. Candidates with SAP ECC Finance experience who are willing to undergo upskilling for S/4HANA implementations are encouraged to apply.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide business and functional support for SAP Finance modules, particularly during SAP ECC migration and conversion to SAP S/4HANA.

- Analyze existing business processes and SAP configurations to identify gaps, assess conversion impacts, and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for delta design and conversion-related tools.

- Perform SAP system configuration to support successful S/4HANA conversion and implementation.

- Lead functional testing, resolve defects, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure system quality.

- Develop detailed blueprints and functional requirements for SAP S/4HANA development and implementation.

- Apply end-to-end knowledge of the **Record-to-Report (R2R)** business process.

- Understand and manage dependencies and integration points across SAP modules, including Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).

- Facilitate workshops, provide technology consulting expertise, and support user training as required.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to deliver effective SAP Finance solutions.

- Support continuous process improvement and recommend solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Travel for potential onshore assignments when required.

## SAP Finance Functional Areas

## Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or college degree.

- Minimum of **2 years of experience in SAP ERP as a Finance Functional Consultant**.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

- Knowledge of SAP Finance functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules, particularly FI and CO.

- Experience with SAP ECC migration, legacy system conversion, or SAP S/4HANA implementations is an advantage.

- Ability to assess business-process gaps, develop functional specifications, and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Experience in system testing, defect resolution, and functional validation.

- Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.

- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently under pressure while collaborating effectively with a team.

- Willingness to work on a hybrid setup with shifting or night-shift schedules.

- Willingness to travel for potential onshore requirements.

- Must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
