(ACTIVE) Security Managed Services I Onsite-Manila

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Security Architecture Design.

• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure effective performance and delivery.

• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key business and technical decisions.

• Work with multiple teams to resolve complex security challenges.

• Provide technical solutions to problems affecting individual teams and cross-functional groups.

• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.

• Monitor and assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.

• Implement appropriate security measures to mitigate risks.

• Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with applicable security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Design and implement security solutions across various environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Architecture Design.

• Expert proficiency in Security Architecture Design.

• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience with security compliance standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

• Proficiency in security assessment tools and techniques.

• Experience designing and implementing security solutions across different environments.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
