• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more defined Finance migration scopes.

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, and dependency maps.

• Coordinate technical release dates, business testing windows, sign-off milestones, and go-live schedules.

• Conduct scenario analysis and recovery planning for at-risk milestones, ensuring clear ownership and delivery impact assessments.

• Track deliverables, actions, dependencies, and completion criteria across workstreams.

• Facilitate project stand-ups, workstream reviews, and executive steering committee meetings.

• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and delivery blockers.

• Maintain RAID logs and decision registers, assign mitigation actions, and escalate material risks with recommendations.

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including environments, test data, scenarios, schedules, defect triage, and approvals.

• Ensure complete testing evidence, formal sign-offs, and implementation-readiness documentation for each migration population.

• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, and programme stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 12–16 years of overall professional experience, including substantial delivery or programme management experience in banking or regulated financial services.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional banking change and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.

• Strong expertise in delivery management, integrated planning, milestone tracking, critical-path analysis, and dependency management.

• Hands-on experience with RAID management, decision logs, escalations, and recovery planning.

• Experience coordinating Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, and programme teams.

• Strong knowledge of testing governance, defect management, evidence collection, formal sign-offs, and implementation readiness.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Finance processes and front-to-back investment banking transformation.

• Experience in data migration, legal-entity activation, or regulatory delivery.

• Experience presenting progress updates to executive steering committees and senior stakeholders.

• Understanding of banking controls, operational readiness, and change adoption.
