Location: Parañaque City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Shift: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Salary: Flexible, based on candidate experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant – Lead with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution – Transportation (LE-TM), and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The candidate will lead requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, SAP implementations, enhancements, and production support while collaborating with regional business stakeholders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, and implementation for SAP SD and Transportation Management.
Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, returns, and transportation.
Develop functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and training materials.
Manage SAP enhancements, change requests, system configurations, and transport requests.
Coordinate with SAP ABAP developers, authorization teams, and business stakeholders to implement technical and functional solutions.
Lead integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve service requests within agreed SLAs.
Support third-party integrations using APIs, OData, Web Services, BAPIs, and IDocs.
Participate in Computer System Validation (CSV), data migration, risk assessments, and documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and automation.
Coordinate cross-functional SAP projects and provide regular progress reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC, including SAP LE-Transportation or Transportation Management.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and transportation processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, including sales order management, delivery processing, pricing, billing, output determination, ATP, returns, and shipment costing.
Experience with e-invoicing, intercompany billing, batch and serial management, and SAP master data.
Strong experience with third-party integrations, IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW, APIs, OData, and Web Services.
Familiarity with Postman, XML, JSON, SOAP, middleware, and interfaces.
Experience creating functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications, SAP Vistex DMP, and SAP FSCM Credit Management.
Understanding of SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and EWM.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
Business-fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP ABAP debugging and functional ABAP knowledge.
Experience with SAP OTC digital solutions and automation using RPA or Workato.
Knowledge of SAP function modules, SPROXY, and SOAP interfaces.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
Experience working with regional IT teams, business units, and management.
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work onsite in Parañaque City at least 3 days per week.
Must be comfortable working the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods are preferred.
Current or former employees of the client and candidates with active applications with the client are not eligible.
