USRN Clinical Analyst

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Work From Home (WAH)
Work Schedule: Shifting
Target Start Date: October 28, 2026

Qualifications

Must have an active PHRN and USRN license (any US state), valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse; experience must not be from training or internship.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant healthcare software.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).
Must currently reside within Metro Manila, within 25 km of the Quezon City site.
Must be WAH-ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
Candidates must include their middle initial or middle name in their CV.

Responsibilities

Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and perform initial clinical assessments.
Document patient interactions accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient outcomes.
Follow applicable healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
Continuously develop nursing knowledge and clinical skills.
Contribute to the overall success of the nursing team and organization.
