USRN Medical Coder

Location: MOA / Iloilo / Cebu, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Day Shift, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Target Start Date: October 12, 2026

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified USRN Medical Coder with clinical and medical coding experience to support healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have active USRN and PHRN licenses along with a valid medical coding certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical/hospital bedside experience

• 1–2 years of medical coding experience

• Must hold active USRN and PHRN licenses

• Must have an active CPC or CCS certification

• Strong understanding of medical coding and healthcare processes

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup

• Must be amenable to the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM day shift

• Must be willing to work at MOA, Iloilo, or Cebu

• Applicants must not be former or current employees of EXL
