NOW HIRING: USRN TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER 🩺

Are you an experienced USRN with a strong clinical background, leadership experience, and a passion for developing healthcare professionals?

We’re looking for 1 USRN Training Program Manager to join our Hartford Account. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Utilization Management, training, and team leadership who is ready to take on a program management role.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: USRN Training Program Manager
Account: Hartford Account
Work Setup: Temporary WFH
⏰ Schedule: Shifting
Salary: PHP 75,000–85,000 package
Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga
Start Date: ASAP

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should have:

• An active USRN license from any U.S. state
• At least 1 year of recent clinical, hospital, or related healthcare experience
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
• At least 2 years of recent supervisory or managerial experience
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment
• A graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program or a Doctor of Medicine degree, with a current and unrestricted RN/MD license in the Philippines and/or U.S.
• Experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, Organizational Development, or other CPO-related processes
• Strong knowledge of effective training and knowledge transfer, including Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness
• Teaching credentials or training certifications are a plus
• Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation is an advantage
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and Microsoft Office skills
