Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced USRN Trainer to deliver and manage clinical training programs for nursing professionals within a U.S. Healthcare account. The successful candidate will ensure all training programs align with client requirements, U.S. healthcare regulations, and organizational standards while developing the clinical competency of new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for USRN healthcare programs.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
Ensure trainees meet clinical competency and compliance standards before deployment.

Curriculum & Content Development

Develop and update training modules, assessments, case studies, and reference materials.
Ensure alignment with client guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and U.S. healthcare standards.
Partner with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to maintain training quality.

Trainee Evaluation & Coaching

Conduct assessments, practical evaluations, and certification activities.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Support nesting, shadowing, and transition-to-production activities.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and reports.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare training reports for leadership.

Continuous Improvement

Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher or upskilling sessions.
Participate in audits, calibrations, and client meetings.
Recommend improvements to training processes and instructional quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license.
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or related).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account.
Experience supporting programs such as:
- Utilization Management (UM)
- Case Management (CM)
- Triage
- Appeals
- Claims Review
Knowledge of:
- HIPAA
- MCG/Milliman
- InterQual
- U.S. Medical Terminology
Experience in training, clinical education, or Learning & Development.
Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Knowledge of instructional design is an advantage.
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati on a shifting schedule.
