Workday Payroll

Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days WFH & 3 days RTO
Shift: Night Shift
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience to support Workday-based business applications, payroll processes, integrations, configurations, and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Payroll and other Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Attendance, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
Support the software development lifecycle for business and enterprise software solutions.
Deploy, configure, customize, and support business applications.
Configure and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise applications with internal systems such as SAP.
Update existing code for debugging and minor enhancements.
Support Workday integrations using technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
Work with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and related integrations where required.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in Workday Payroll or one or more Workday modules.
Knowledge of Workday technologies such as Advanced Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.
Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, system administration, portal configuration, and REST/SOAP integrations is an advantage.
Experience with scripting, workflow automation, and low-code development platforms.
Working knowledge of software engineering principles.
Experience with Agile SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of two or more technologies such as C#, C++, Angular, Node.js, SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python, Azure, REST/WCF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Oracle, or SQL Server is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
Flexible and able to maintain composure and logical thinking under pressure.
Candidates should demonstrate stability in their employment history.
Candidates must not be current or former employees of Wipro.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid setup: 2 days Work From Home + 3 days Return To Office
Location: Makati City
Night Shift
Immediate/ASAP availability preferred.
