JOB DESCRIPTION : 

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI Architecture, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and production-grade AI systems. The role will focus on designing and developing advanced AI applications, integrating cloud-based AI services, and implementing scalable AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI model deployment, AI pipelines, Generative AI, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing, along with the ability to work as a technical SME and collaborate across multiple teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Design and develop AI/ML applications and systems, leveraging AI technologies, cloud AI services, Generative AI models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

2. Serve as an AI Architecture SME, providing technical solutions, making team-level decisions, and addressing complex AI/ML challenges across multiple teams.

3. Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI pipelines and systems across cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business and organizational goals, contribute to key technical decisions, and ensure timely delivery of AI implementations.

5. Lead knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives, facilitate technical collaboration, and support continuous innovation and improvement within the AI/ML team.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

1. AI Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in AI Architecture and experience designing scalable, production-grade AI systems.

2. AI/ML Deployment: Strong knowledge of AI model deployment and integration across cloud and on-premises environments.

3. Generative AI: Hands-on understanding of Generative AI models and their practical applications.

4. Deep Learning: Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

5. AI Engineering & Optimization: Experience developing scalable AI pipelines and optimizing AI solutions for performance, reliability, and production readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in AI Architecture.

• Strong experience in AI/ML application and system development.

• Experience working with cloud AI services and on-premises AI environments.

• Experience designing and implementing production-ready AI pipelines.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, deep learning, and neural network architectures.

• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and provide technical leadership.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
