Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI Architecture to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves GenAI, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI/ML applications and production-ready AI systems.
Architect and integrate AI solutions using cloud AI services and on-premises environments.
Apply Generative AI models to practical business use cases.
Design scalable AI pipelines for model development, deployment, and integration.
Work with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
Act as an SME and provide technical guidance across teams.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Provide solutions to complex AI/ML problems.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and technical development within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI Architecture.
Expert proficiency in AI Architecture and AI/ML solution design.
Strong experience with AI model deployment and integration in cloud and on-premises environments.
Experience designing scalable AI pipelines and production-grade AI systems.
Knowledge of Generative AI models and applications.
Strong understanding of deep learning and neural network architectures.
Experience with AI optimization for performance and reliability.
Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Important Information

Onsite work in Manila is mandatory.
Candidates must be willing to work a shifting schedule.
