Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI / ML Engineer specializing in AI/ML Computational Science to design, develop, integrate, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The role focuses on building scalable, production-ready AI applications using AI tools, cloud-based AI services, generative AI models, and on-premises technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of AI architecture and practical experience with deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing, and AI model deployment. As a subject matter expert (SME), the candidate will also provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI architectures, applications, and systems aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Integrate AI tools, cloud AI services, and generative AI models into enterprise applications.

• Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.

• Develop and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Apply deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing, and other relevant AI technologies as required.

• Evaluate AI models and implementation approaches to determine suitable solutions for business problems.

• Optimize AI systems for performance, efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and contributing to team decisions.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and support architecture decisions.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align AI implementations with organizational goals.

• Monitor project progress, manage technical dependencies, and support timely delivery of quality solutions.

• Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote engineering best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, generative AI capabilities, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in AI Architecture.

• Expert proficiency in AI architecture and solution design.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and integration across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Experience designing scalable AI pipelines and production-grade AI systems.

• Familiarity with generative AI models and their practical applications.

• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.

• Knowledge of AI application development, model integration, and deployment practices.

• Ability to optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to technical decisions.

• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and subject matter expertise.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
