Role Overview

We are specifically looking for candidates with a recruitment background and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.


As an AI Operations Analyst, you will support recruitment operations by leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, manage multiple workstreams, and make judgment-based decisions. You will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes and ensuring operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment operations using AI-powered tools and platforms


Manage multiple workstreams and make judgment-based decisions


Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance recruitment workflows


Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency


Maintain accurate documentation and records


Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets


Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in College – with no back subjects – required


2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows – required


Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows – required


Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions – required


Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms – required


Strong written communication skills and attention to detail – required


Willing to work full-time onsite in Quezon City – required
