We are hiring an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Associate Manager to lead KYC/AML operations, drive team performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader with deep expertise in KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of KYC Analysts and ensure SLA, quality, productivity, and adherence targets are met.
Manage workloads, queues, and team capacity to meet daily and weekly volumes.
Review and approve complex or high-risk KYC/AML cases requiring leadership sign-off.
Conduct team huddles, 1:1s, coaching, and performance management using scorecard and quality data.
Partner with Quality Control teams to address defect trends through coaching, retraining, and process improvements.
Monitor attendance, shrinkage, adherence, and overall team performance.
Identify and manage performance and attrition risks through timely intervention and engagement.
Escalate operational risks, volume spikes, system issues, SOP gaps, and capacity constraints with recommended actions.
Support business reviews through accurate performance analysis and root cause insights.
Coordinate with Training to support new-hire onboarding and close knowledge gaps during ramp-up.

Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant KYC/AML experience.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or people management experience.
Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and financial crime compliance.
Proven experience managing teams and operational KPIs in a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of quality, SLA, productivity, and adherence management.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
