We're seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to support critical business systems by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application and infrastructure issues. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform root cause analysis, and help maintain high system availability.
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
Strong knowledge of application support, troubleshooting, and incident management
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain critical business applications
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
Collaborate with multiple teams to improve system performance and reliability
Contribute to technical decisions and operational excellence
