Job Title: APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER – TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT (MICROSOFT INTUNE)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer and Technology Architect with expert-level Microsoft Intune experience. The successful candidate will design and deliver technology architecture, provide technical leadership, and support the optimization and smooth operation of critical business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Design and deliver technology architecture that meets performance, scalability, and business requirements.
Collaborate with and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.
Take responsibility for key technical decisions and provide solutions to complex challenges.
Identify and resolve issues affecting critical business systems and applications.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures.
Support the transition from traditional on-premises imaging to cloud-native endpoint management.
Design tenant structures, including naming conventions and group hierarchies.
Design and implement Zero-Touch provisioning solutions.
Develop procedures for application packaging, testing, deployment, and updates across the device fleet.

SCCM / MICROSOFT ENDPOINT CONFIGURATION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop site planning and distribution strategies.
Conduct discovery and gap analysis.
Support migration planning and consolidation initiatives.
Design and manage task sequences.
Contribute to endpoint management architecture and integration strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving software and system issues.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premises environments.
Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience with SCCM or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
Experience with Microsoft 365.
